The CCSBA Program is a provincial football competition in Vancouver. My role on the team involved organizing and choreographing routines for our monthly competitions, allowing me to contribute to the team's success while developing my leadership skills.

  Color of Love iSmart Youth Leadership Gala

 

The Color of Love iSmart Youth Leadership Gala Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrate diversity. This experience is unique to me as it allows me to combine my passion for dance with charitable efforts.

TATAMI X Micro University Dance Workshops

I assist my dance teacher in university dance workshops, where we travel to various universities to teach choreography. This role allowed me to connect with local university students and meet talented individuals in Zhuhai. Additionally, I help record video content using professional equipment, contributing to the success of our programs while enhancing new skills.

MVs

In grade 9, I became passionate about creating new choreography and dancing with my team, L-Vision. One of my most memorable experiences was our Saturday practices, which lasted 12 hours for nonstop. Although it was exhausting, I found great joy in the process. This experience helped me build resilience, leadership, and problem-solving skills, even when we faced challenges along the way. Even though I moved to Vancouver, I still enjoy producing MVs with my team every summer.

I have been teaching since grade 9 and have had the opportunity to work as a dance instructor and media manager at Wonder Dance Studio.

 

 

I have also gained experience at Micro Studio and Kerristyle Community Centre.

 

 

This journey has allowed me to grow as an instructor while sharing my passion for dance with others.

Competitions

I started out immersed in hip-hop culture battles as a waacker. However, once I entered to the world of choreography and competitions, I discovered a path that truly resonates with me. These photos capture some of my proudest moments, including placing 5th at XuanWu, 4th at X Battle, 2nd in AE Junior Team category, and 1st at the JA FAM Provincial Competition. Each step in my journey has motivated by my passion and deepened my commitment to dance.
